现有研究个人隐性知识测量的文献,仅限于测量某一特定行业或特定阶层,一般层面上个人隐性知识测量需要研究工具的创新和大样本数据的实证.以四川、福建、吉林、上海等地二十余个组织的245名员工为被试进行个人隐性知识的问卷设计和调查,对回收的数据进行项目分析和修订,用结构方程模型进行效度检验,初步编制出一套能够进行广泛性测量、简易有效的个人隐性知识测量工具.
The existing literature on the measurement of individual tacit knowledge is limited to measuring the innovation of a research tool and the empirical data of a large sample of the individual tacit knowledge measurement in a particular industry or a specific class, and in general, samples from Sichuan, Fujian, Jilin, Shanghai 245 employees from more than 20 organizations participated in the questionnaire design and investigation of the individual’s tacit knowledge. The recovered data were analyzed and revised, and the structural equation model was used to test the validity of the questionnaire.
