为满足日益增长的人口需求,提供基本的生活保障,我国建筑行业近两年来的发展速度极快,建筑行业同时的发展带动了其它许多行业的繁荣。高层房屋建筑是房屋建筑按照层高划分的一种建筑类别,与低层房屋建筑相比,我国高层房屋建筑的建筑高度高,在24米以上,层数为十层及十层以上,鉴于高层房屋建筑的以上特点,既节省了建筑的使用空间,节约占地面积,又解决了城市人口众多地区的居住问题,使人口居住得到了合理的分配和划分。近几年,高层房屋建筑的发展得到了国家及政府的大力支持,由于其本身高度高,层数多的特点,在施工技术上的要求比较高,难度上也比较大。因此,为更好的促进高层房屋建筑的进一步发展,要对其施工原理及施工技术要点进行合理、细致地分析,以保证高层房屋建筑施工的顺利进行。
