PICC导管现已广泛应用于肿瘤化疗患者,临床上患者在PICC置管术后,对透明贴膜过敏的患者逐渐增多,我科使用3M伤口保护膜后进行观察与护理,取得了良好效果,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料我科2011年1月—2012年12月行PICC置管235例,其中男169例,女66例,年龄21~80岁。发生透明贴膜过敏8例。表现为贴膜下皮肤发红、痒、痛、大片状皮
