一、概述同步胶带是由在胶带底面上有彼此均匀分布的带齿构成。该带齿与滚筒上的凹槽啮合而产生无滑动的功率传递,工作齿面的啮分也无滑动,从而使胶带传动效率提高2~4%,并能获得较高的速度。这种齿面由橡胶构成的胶带,运行时没有噪声也不需润滑,可取代三角胶带、链条和齿轮作同步传递功率之用。由于这种胶带具有两轴同步传动效率高、通用性强和可靠性好等优点,可在煤矿生产装备上得到较大应用。例如可用于空压
