七十年代以来,田径运动成绩不断创新,十年共创世界纪录214个。仅1976年在蒙特利尔,男子奥运会纪录和世界纪录就有10项被打破。女子更为突出,14个项目的奥运会纪录和世界纪录竞破10项之多。进入八十年代以来,根据国际田联等有关统计,共有41人次破、平21项世界纪录。这说明了世界田坛的活跃和盛况。近年来电子计算机的问世又给体育带来了新的动力,使训练更加科学化,技术、竞赛、才判等更趋于合理、精确,这必将进一步促进技术的发展和成绩的飞跃。
Since the 1970s, track and field athletes have been continuously innovating in their achievements, creating a world record of 214 in ten years. Only in Montreal in 1976, 10 men’s Olympic records and world records were broken. Women are more prominent, 14 Olympic Games record and record world record 10 as many.
