采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取金球桧叶片挥发油,利用GC-MS联用技术结合化学计量方法对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用面积归一法测定各组分的相对质量分数,并对该挥发油抑制大肠杆菌效果进行研究。结果表明:金球桧挥发油中共检出了46种化学成分,以烯萜类化合物为主,相对含量占总成分的98.75%。挥发油中含量较高的成分有香桧烯(16.88%)、松油烯-4-醇(9.84%)、D-柠檬烯(7.38%)、δ-杜松烯(7.45%)和乙酸龙脑酯(7.33%)等,其中一些成分是医药或化工行业的重要原料。该研究未发现金球桧挥发油对大肠杆菌有抑制作用。本研究结果可为进一步开发利用金球桧资源提供参考。
The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation from the leaves of Celastrus glauca. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by GC-MS combined with stoichiometry. The relative mass fraction of each component was determined by area normalization method. Inhibition of E. coli effect of the study. The results showed that 46 chemical constituents were detected in the essential oil of Celastrus angulata, accounting for 98.75% of the total constituents. The higher contents of volatile oil were sabinene (16.88%), terpinen-4-ol (9.84%), D- limonene (7.38%), δ- (7.33%), some of which are important raw materials for the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. The study did not find the essential oil of Cypress juniper on Escherichia coli. The results of this study can provide reference for further development and utilization of cypress resources.
