在三门峡第二中学,常听到的词是“个性”。如何培养有“个性”的学生,学校为此进行了多方探索。校长张亚让说,只有当每个学生的个性都得到充分尊重和发展时,才能真正实现我们的教育目标。由该校首创的“主体能动、分层施教、学法指导、成功体验”等个性化教学四要素实验,以学生个性健康发展为中心,让学生在愉快和谐的气氛中学习,逐步形成了独具特色的个性化教学模式。
