先秦时期的赵国,其法律制度的建设有极其深远的渊源可寻,可以说,它的创立和完善是与赵氏基业的开拓和壮大同步进行的。不论从巩固统治、增强国力的角度出发,还是为了适应对外战争的需要,法律制度都是统治者亟需解决的问题之一,因为它所提供的保障是无可替代、不可或缺的。法制建设为赵国的开疆拓土、强兵富国发挥了自己应有的作用。然而,这种状况未能贯彻始终,赵国国君对法律的横加干涉终于使之失去了应有的尊严,最终导致国力的衰弱。
In the pre-Qin period, Zhao’s country had a far-reaching origins in the legal system construction. It can be said that its establishment and improvement coincided with the pioneering and expansion of the foundation of Zhao. The legal system is one of the most urgent problems to be solved by the rulers, both from the perspective of consolidating their reinsurance, strengthening their national power and meeting the needs of foreign wars because the guarantees they provide are indispensable and indispensable. The legal system has played its due role in opening up the borders for Zhao and for strengthening the rich and the powerful. However, this situation failed to be implemented consistently. Zhao’s monarchy’s interference with the law finally made it lose its dignity and eventually led to the weakening of its national power.
