American management scholars in research and analysis of the rapid rise of the Japanese economy, found that the main reason is not the technical equipment, but in management; not in the management of hardware, but in the management of software. Because these management softwares do not belong to the rigid management discipline, American scholars call it “cultural factors.” Corporate culture theory also emerged. They summed up the main contents of these “cultural factors” in three aspects, namely, respecting the status of people in the management of enterprises; attaching importance to the role of collective leadership; and making use of spiritual factors.
