系统介绍了转子进动分析方法的原理、算法以及进动圆表征形式,构建了进动比函数(反进动量与正进动量之比),分析了其特性,阐述了进动比函数在转子振动故障诊断中的作用。列出了九种典型故障的进动特征,给出了三个应用实例。结果表明,转子进动分析既反映了转子振动的频率、幅值,又包含了转子振动的相位信息,而且还显现了转子进动的方向,是转子故障诊断的有效工具。
The principle and algorithm of the precession analysis method and the precession circle representation are introduced systematically.
