电站锅炉制粉系统送粉管道中广泛采用冷态纯空气阻力调平方法，在纯空气条件下的阻力调平不能保证锅炉实际运行时各送粉管道间的阻力平衡。通过对煤粉空气混合气流造成送粉管道阻力特性改变的原因分析，提出了针对中间储仓式和直吹式制粉系统阻力调平的方法，给出相应的调整计算模型和计算机计算方法。
Power plant boiler powder feeding system widely used in cold pure air resistance leveling leveling method, the resistance leveling in pure air conditions can not guarantee the actual operation of the boiler when the powder between the pipeline resistance balance. Based on the analysis of the change of the resistance characteristics of the powder feeding pipe due to the mixed flow of pulverized coal and air, a method to adjust the resistance of the intermediate storage silo and direct blowing pulverizing system is proposed.
