通过配制乳化泥浆，稠油乳化降粘开采，油包酸乳状液的选择性酸化等几个方面具体阐述了乳状液在油田生产中的应用范围、使用条件、性能要求及乳化剂筛选，并重点讨论了乳状液在循环泥浆和如何提高原油采收率方面的作用机理。
