自2009年起,日本实施的后新长期排放法规针对重型车制定了更严格的排放限值。此前,已于2006年制定了严格的重型车辆用燃油耗标准,规定在2015年前,要在满足排放法规要求的同时,达到燃油耗标准。根据这一背景,描述了新E13C型重型柴油机的发展概况,以及采用的设计理念和主要技术规格。着重介绍了如何同时兼顾到改善排放性能与提高燃油经济性,为满足后新长期排放法规要求的新型E13C柴油机所采用的先进技术及其新装备。探讨了新高压共轨燃油喷射系统、新型燃烧室、大容量废气再循环系统、柴油颗粒捕集器和尿素选择性催化还原系统的实际应用与效果。
Since 2009, Japan’s post-new long-term emission regulations have set tighter emission limits for heavy vehicles. Prior to this, a stringent fuel consumption standard for heavy vehicles was set in 2006, which stipulated that fuel economy standards should be met while meeting emission regulations by 2015. Based on this background, an overview of the development of the new E13C heavy-duty diesel engine, as well as the design concepts and key technical specifications used. Highlights how advanced technology and new equipment used in the new E13C diesel engine to meet both new long-term emissions regulations and improve emissions performance and fuel economy are also highlighted. The practical application and effect of new high pressure common rail fuel injection system, new combustion chamber, large-capacity exhaust gas recirculation system, diesel particle traps and urea selective catalytic reduction system are discussed.
