提出一种基于SEPIC架构的新型调光技术。通过外接可调电阻(调节范围为154Ω~14.5kΩ)来改变功率因数(PF),使功率因数从0.7到1变化,实现了LED调光。此时,输出电流随功率因数的改变呈线性变化趋势,在130~465mA范围内相应变化,适用于照明调光应用。电路基于CSMC 0.5μm 40VBCD工艺,版图尺寸为1mm×1mm。通过实验,证明了设计的可行性,且实测数据与理论趋势相符合,转换效率均维持在92.7%以上,最高可达94%以上。
A new dimming technology based on SEPIC architecture is proposed. By adjusting the external resistor (the adjustment range of 154Ω ~ 14.5kΩ) to change the power factor (PF), the power factor from 0.7 to 1 changes, to achieve the LED dimming. At this moment, the output current changes linearly with the change of the power factor, and varies in the range of 130 ~ 465mA, which is suitable for lighting dimming applications. Circuit based on CSMC 0.5μm 40VBCD technology, layout size of 1mm × 1mm. The experiment proves the feasibility of the design, and the measured data are consistent with the theoretical trend. The conversion efficiency is maintained above 92.7% and the highest is above 94%.
