国家计委重点项目——我国第一台两面顶60MN金刚石液压机成套设备,于1991年3月在太原重型机器厂研制成功。该成套设备经过一个多月的总装测试和试车考核,各项指标均达到了设计要求。人造金刚石作为一种超硬材料是机械化自动加工、地质资源勘探、海洋石油资源开发、石材加工、发展超高压技术及电子源测试技术等所必需的重要工程材料。人造金刚石投入工业生产已30余年,由于生产成本低、利润大、潜在应用领域广,因而引起全世界注目。
The State Planning Commission’s key project, China’s first double-sided 60MN diamond hydraulic press complete set, was successfully developed in Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Plant in March 1991. After more than a month of assembly and testing, the complete set of equipment has reached the design requirements. Synthetic diamond as a superhard material is an important engineering material necessary for mechanized automatic processing, geological resource exploration, offshore oil resource development, stone processing, development of ultra-high pressure technology and electronic source testing technology. Artificial diamonds have been put into industrial production for more than 30 years. Due to low production costs, large profits, and potential applications, they have attracted worldwide attention.
