城市道路平面交叉口安全水平关乎交通参与者的切身利益,为了更好地定量评价城市道路交叉口安全水平及相关安全因素的影响程度,依据可拓学的理论和方法,选取基础设施、信号灯、冲突率共3个一级指标和9个二级指标,建立了基于可拓学的城市道路交叉口安全评价物元模型,并将多目标的城市道路交叉口安全水平的目标评价归结为单一目标决策,然后通过计算综合关联度函数,分析各指标因子对交叉口安全性的影响程度,以鉴别出影响交叉口安全的危险因子.最后以昆明市某交叉口为例验证,其分析结果表明,可拓安全评价模型能够较好的评价交叉口安全水平并为交叉口的安全改善提供决策依据.
In order to better quantitatively evaluate the influence of safety level of urban road intersection and related safety factors, the safety level of urban road intersection is related to the vital interests of traffic participants. According to the theories and methods of extenics, Conflict rate of a total of three first-level indicators and nine second-level indicators, based on extenics of urban road intersection safety evaluation matter element model and the multi-objective urban road intersection safety goal evaluation attributed to a single goal Decision-making, and then through the calculation of comprehensive correlation function, analyze the impact of each factor on the safety of intersection to identify the risk factors that affect the safety of intersection.Finally, taking a crossroads in Kunming as an example, the analysis shows that, Extension safety evaluation model can better evaluate the safety level of intersections and provide decision-making basis for the safety improvement of intersections.
