本文借鉴了积极心理学和组织行为学的相关概念,从新的视角划分了“坏苹果”成员的类型,他们不仅会降低团队的工作热情,改变成员的情绪,更可能导致成员亲自去识别或离开该组织,同时带来低绩效、低活力和团队的失败。因此,企业管理者必须正视“坏苹果”的破坏力,做好“坏苹果”的管理工作,才能打造出好的团队,实现企业的管理目标。
This paper draws on the related concepts of positive psychology and organizational behavior, and divides the types of “Bad Apple ” members from a new perspective.
