研究了掺Al或Ag微粉的聚丙烯(PE)基和聚二氯乙烯(PVDF)基复合材料的导电开关特性,发现在某一电场阈值(对应开关电压阈值Vk)附近,复合材料的电导率随外电场的变化而发生大幅度变化,还研究了掺入金属微粉的种类、体积比及颗粒度对Vk的影响,验证了量子隧道效应是复合材料导电开关特性的主要机理。
The conductive switching characteristics of polypropylene (PE) and polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) -based composites doped with Al or Ag micropowder were investigated. It was found that the electrical conductivity of the composite near an electric field threshold (corresponding to the switching voltage threshold Vk) Variations of Vk were also observed with the change of external electric field. The influence of the type, volume ratio and particle size of doped metal micropowder on Vk was also investigated. It was verified that the quantum tunneling effect was the main mechanism of the conductive characteristics of composite materials.
