随着我国经济的发展和变化,大力发展符合社会主义需求的市场经济,以往的公有制为主体的经济模式早已过去,国务院召开十八大以来,提出加速对电力企业的改革,包括让电力企业的经营转变得更加市场化,充分发挥市场的决定作用,这样的改革符合当代社会的发展需求,但对于电力企业来说也是一个严峻的挑战。本文对电力企业的发展现状研究,针对电力企业人力资源管理的问题和做出分析,结合笔者多年的实践经验和本次深入研究,提出了几点解决电力企业对人力资源管理不重视、人力资源部门对员工的招聘流程不够细致、职务任职关系成分比较大、薪酬制度不科学等问题,希望通过本文的分析,解决好当下电力企业面临的人力资源管理问题,提高电力企业的市场竞争力。
