利用(R,R)-环己二胺和5-苄氧基-3-叔丁基水杨醛合成了新型手性Salen配体(R,R)-双(5-苄氧基-3-叔丁基水杨醛)-环己烷-1,2-二胺.利用此配体制备了Salen Mn(Ⅲ)配合物并以NaOCl和m-CPBA为氧源考察Salen Mn(Ⅲ)配合物催化苯乙烯不对称环氧化反应的性能.
