理论分析和实践证明,圆弧齿轮的接触强度高于渐开线齿轮,但这种齿轮的承载能力受轮齿抗弯强度的限制。因此,提高圆弧齿轮的抗弯强度,是提高它的承载能力的十分重要的问题。近年来,我们对研究硬齿面双圆弧齿轮这一课题发生了很大的兴趣。我们经过多年实践证明,这种齿轮十分有利于增加齿轮的承载能力。而为了能研制这种齿轮,首先要解决的问题就是要确定它的最佳齿形。本文介绍了作者多年研究的适于硬齿面双圆弧齿轮的齿形——“JD”型齿形。经大量试验研究证明,这种齿形的双圆弧齿轮,不仅具有很高的接触强度,而且还具有很高的抗弯强度。本文介绍了这种齿形的基本参数,并根据弹性理论的基本原则,推导出双圆弧齿轮承载能力计算的普遍公式,最后还对这种齿形承载能力有影响的一些因素作了一定的分析和讨论。
Theoretical analysis and practice show that the contact strength of arc gear is higher than that of involute gear, but the bearing capacity of this gear is limited by the flexural strength of gear teeth. Therefore, to improve the bending strength of circular arc gear is to improve its carrying capacity of the very important issue. In recent years, we have a great interest in the research of hardened double-arc gear. After years of practice we have proved that this gear is very conducive to increasing the carrying capacity of the gear. This article describes the “JD” profile of the toothed - shaped “JD” gear suitable for hard-toothed double-circular arc gears that the author has studied for many years. After a large number of experimental studies have shown that this tooth-shaped double circular arc gear, not only has a high contact strength, but also has a high bending strength. In this paper, the basic parameters of this tooth profile are introduced. According to the basic principles of elasticity theory, the general formula for calculating the carrying capacity of double circular arc gear is deduced.
