随着经济的不断发展,中小型企业不断增多和大企业的扩容,操作工种在各个企业中凸显重要角色。“民工短缺”现象再次进入眼帘。我国这些劳动密集企业面临劳动力紧缺的压力会逐年递增。为了解决劳动力紧缺、提高生产效率、保证产品质量,文章设计了一套以PLC为核心控制器的自动化流水焊接系统。系统的核心部分(控制部分)使用了日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-80MT型PLC,因为在核心控制部分采用的是软件程序控制,从而减少了人为不良率,大大提高了产品的质量,同时还克服了人工操作所带来的一些人为干扰因素,提高生产效。

In order to solve the labor shortage, improve production efficiency and ensure product quality, this paper designs a set of automatic flow water welding system with PLC as the core controller. The core part (control part) of the system uses the FX2N-80MT PLC manufactured by Japan’s Mitsubishi Corporation. Because the core control part is controlled by a software program, it reduces the man-made defect rate and greatly improves the product quality as well as overcomes Man-made interference caused by some of the factors that improve productivity.
