基于向量式有限元(V-5)采用间隙单元法编制接触程序模块(V-5-gap),求解二维轮轨静态接触问题;通过对大量载荷进行计算,得到轮轨接触刚度随载荷的函数关系;选取轴重为14 t对应的接触刚度取代间隙单元,采用V-5计算相应接触工况。结果表明:V-5-gap计算得到的接触压力分布与ABAQUS结果以及Hertz解吻合;轴重分别为10 t、16 t、20 t时,获得的最大接触压力以及接触斑宽度随载荷变化的趋势合理;采用接触刚度取代间隙单元计算得到的接触压力分布与Hertz理论结果相近,证明采用拟合接触刚度计算接触压力是合理的。
Based on the vector finite element method (V-5), the contact program module (V-5-gap) is developed by using the gap element method to solve the static contact problem of two-dimensional wheel and rail. By calculating a large number of loads, Function; the contact stiffness corresponding to 14t is selected to replace the gap element, and the corresponding contact condition is calculated by V-5. The results show that the contact pressure distribution calculated by V-5-gap is consistent with the ABAQUS results and the Hertz solution. The maximum contact pressure and the contact patch width with the load tended to change at 10 t, 16 t and 20 t, respectively It is reasonable to use the contact stiffness instead of the gap element to calculate the contact pressure distribution and Hertz theory results are similar to prove that it is reasonable to use the fitting contact stiffness to calculate the contact pressure.
