在盆栽试验中,用放射性同位素~(65)Zn示踪技术研究了玉米植株对叶面喷施~(65)Zn的吸收、运转阳积累,结果表明:喷施~(65)Zn能被迅速吸收,并能转送到植株各部。吸收的速率、幼叶大于老叶;吸收量与时间成正比。在整个生长过程中,幼叶和生殖器官优先获得锌。在老叶,新叶和生殖器官间的锌能交替运转。成熟植株各器官中的锌的浓度,取决于各器官生长对锌的需要程度;锌在各器官中积累的绝对量,与喷施量的大小成正比。但是,在本实验条件下,籽粒中锌的含量增加不大,喷锌不会造成玉米籽粒的锌污染。
In the pot experiment, the uptake of ~ (65) Zn in maize plants was studied by radioactive isotope ~ (65) Zn tracer technique. The results showed that spraying ~ (65) Zn could be rapidly Absorbed, and can be transferred to the plant ministries. The absolute amount of zinc accumulated in various organs is proportional to the amount sprayed. However, under the experimental conditions, the content of zinc in the grain increased little, zinc spraying did not cause zinc pollution in the corn grain.
