肺隐球菌病是由新型隐球菌导致的一种机遇性感染，国内杂志已有零星报道［１，２］，但专述儿童肺隐球菌病的报道甚少，作者收集了１２例予以报道。１ 临床资料１．１ 一般资料１２例中男９例，女３例，年龄３～１２岁，平均７－５岁。所有病历均在体内找到病原体而证实。５
Pulmonary cryptococcosis is an opportunistic infection caused by Cryptococcus neoformans. There are several sporadic reports in domestic magazines [1,2]. However, there are few reports of pulmonary cryptococcosis in children. The authors collected 12 cases and reported them. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 12 cases of 9 males and 3 females, aged 3 to 12 years, mean 7-5 years. All medical records are confirmed in the body to find pathogens. 5
