以SnCl_2·2H_2O为原料、水为溶剂溶解作为前驱体溶液,采用超声波喷雾联合微波热解制备SnO_2粉体.研究了不同微波热解温度和前驱体浓度和添加滤网对SnO_2产品的微观形貌的影响,利用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、EDS、TEM对样品的结构特征和微观形貌进行了表征分析.结果表明:前驱液浓度、温度和添加滤网是影响氧化锡(SnO_2)粉体形貌的关键因素.得到粒径较小、分散性好和形貌呈球形的超细粉体的最佳条件为:温度500~600℃,载气速率0.5 L/min,前驱体原溶液为0.02 mol/L,滤网加入200目.
SnO_2 · 2H_2O was used as raw material and water was used as precursor solution to prepare SnO_2 powder by ultrasonic spray combined with microwave pyrolysis.The effects of different pyrolysis temperature, precursor concentration and added filter on the morphology of SnO_2 product were studied. The structure and microstructure of the samples were characterized by TG-DSC, XRD, SEM, EDS and TEM.The results showed that the concentration of precursor solution, The key factors of the morphology are as follows: the optimum conditions for obtaining the ultrafine powder with small particle size, good dispersibility and spherical shape are as follows: the temperature is 500-600 ℃, the carrier gas velocity is 0.5 L / min, the precursor solution is 0.02 mol / L, mesh added 200 mesh.
