以礼河电厂是一个有着近40年历史的老厂,地处边远山区,交通不便、信息不灵、生产设备老化、人员超编、生活后勤欠账多、多种经营难开展。这诸多因素,严重制约了该厂改革与发展。面对困难,厂党政领导始终不渝地坚持“两手抓,两手都要硬”的方针,保证两个文明共同进步。1995年以来,先后实现了安全文明生产达部标,生活后勤达局标,并连续十年保持了省级文明单位光荣称号。 The Lihe Power Plant is an old factory with a history of nearly 40 years. It is located in remote mountainous areas, with inconvenient traffic, inefficient information, aging production equipment, overstaffed personnel, and many logistical debts.
