追加反馈在技能学习中扮演着重要作用,但在体育教学中,给予多高反馈频率能最大程度地促进技能学习还存在争议,文章试图通过文献综述法分析国外针对追加反馈频率的研究,找出施加反馈频率原则。研究发现,在简单运动技能学习中,练习者对追加反馈频率的需求和任务性质成正比关系,即进行简单信息加工,负荷较少,低频率反馈比高频率反馈等更能促进技能学习,而在复杂运动技能学习中,如信息加工负荷较大,高频率反馈比低频率反馈更为有效。
