在现代经济中,科学技术是第一生产力,金融则处于核心地位,科技和金融已经成为社会生产力中最为活跃的因素,二者的结合是金融发展和科技信息发展的必然趋势。研究金融和信息科技的结合,分析制约我国金融和信息科技相结合发展的因素,并制定相关有效可行的对策,对我国金融和信息科技相结合的发展有重要的现实意义。
In the modern economy, science and technology are primary productive forces while finance is at the core. Science and technology and finance have become the most active factors in social productivity. The combination of the two is an inevitable trend in the development of finance and the development of science and technology information.
