侵袭和转移是恶性肿瘤最重要最本质的特征。钙结合蛋白(S100A4)基因是近几年发现的一种具有促肿瘤作用的基因,该基因编码一种钙离子结合调节蛋白,通过与钙离子结合在肿瘤的侵袭转移中发挥重要作用。乙酰肝素酶(HPA)是裂解硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖的惟一酶类,能破坏细胞外基质及基底膜,参与血管生成,与肿瘤的侵袭转移密切相关。本文综述了S100A4蛋白和HPA的生物学特征及在肿瘤中的作用,并探讨了其可能的作用机制。
Invasion and metastasis are the most important and essential features of malignant tumors. The calcium binding protein (S100A4) gene is a tumor-promoting gene found in recent years. The gene encodes a calcium-binding regulatory protein that plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis by binding to calcium ion. Heparanase (HPA) is the only enzyme that cleaves heparan sulfate proteoglycan, which can destroy extracellular matrix and basement membrane, and is involved in angiogenesis, which is closely related to tumor invasion and metastasis. This article reviews the biological characteristics of S100A4 protein and HPA and its role in the tumor, and explores its possible mechanism.
