The beginning of the new year, the players move in turmoil. The cold-headed tide, our player transfer process and the international usual practice, has the almost essential difference: International transfers are often brokers as intermediaries, according to the laws of the commodity market to operate; and our transfer is only players Or “self-management” by the clubs. Even the bad habits of administrative interference under the planned economy are even more difficult to achieve. This has provided convenient conditions for “behind-the-scenes trading” and “digging into the wall.” In today’s deepening reform of football in China, no broker involved in the transfer is undoubtedly a regret, but also our disparity with the international football development gap. This issue we discuss the development status of the brokerage system, as well as how to develop the development of football agents in China, there is only one desire, that is, our own football broker, to co-operate a vibrant football market .
