介绍了温度场和热弹性力学的有限元理论,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对主轴鼓进行了热-结构耦合分析,得出了主轴鼓的三维温度场分布和整体热变形量,对计算结果进行分析阐述,为机床的热误差补偿提供了依据。
The finite element theory of temperature field and thermo-elasticity was introduced. The thermo-structural coupling analysis of the spindle drum was carried out by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS. The three-dimensional temperature field distribution and overall thermal deformation of the drum were obtained. Analyzed and explained, provided the basis for the thermal error compensation of the machine tool.
