通过调查研究,我们深深地感到过去为平地所准备的住宅标准设计,用于山区有很大的局限性,特别是在坡度较陡,地形条件较复杂的情况下,更难以符合经济上和使用上的要求。根据党的八届十中全会所提出的,以农业为基础、以工业为主导的发展国民经济的总方针,在住宅建筑设计工作中,如何进一步节约用地,节约劳动力以大力支援农业;节约建筑材料、降低造价、缩短工期,是有极其重大意义的。为此,我们作了一些试探性的研究工作,并在此基础上,对山地住宅标准设计问题,提出以下三点建议。
