为提高炼钢炉渣中钙、镁离子的浸出和碳酸化率,用荧光光谱仪分析了炉渣的成分,用X射线衍射分析了相组成.研究了不同剂量的盐酸和醋酸作为浸出试剂的浸出效果以及温度和搅拌条件对浸出的影响.结果表明,常温下用HCl作为浸出试剂可达到良好的浸出效果,在本实验条件下浸出率可达93.4%,用醋酸的浸出率可达85.8%.盐酸浸出后再通CO2所得碳酸钙的纯度可达91.02%,转化率56.5%.80℃时用醋酸作试剂的浸出率大于盐酸.搅拌有利于钙、镁离子浸出.
In order to improve the leaching and carbonation rate of calcium and magnesium ions in steelmaking slag, the composition of slag was analyzed by fluorescence spectrometer and the phase composition was analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The leaching effect of different dosage of hydrochloric acid and acetic acid as leaching reagent and Temperature and stirring conditions on the leaching performance.The results show that HCl can be used as leaching reagent at room temperature to achieve a good leaching efficiency of 93.4% under the experimental conditions, leaching rate of 85.8% with acetic acid. The purity of calcium carbonate obtained through CO2 was 91.02%, and the conversion rate was 56.5%. The leaching rate of acetic acid as reagent was higher than that of hydrochloric acid at 80 ℃.
