以单计划周期内总生产成本最小为目标,考虑回收件质量差异对生产成本的影响,建立了面向再制造生产计划的非线性整数规划模型.采用3种不同的再制造和废弃策略,比较总生产成本的变化规律.研究结果表明:当回收量小于需求量时,无需考虑分级,但需使用新零部件以满足再制造需求;当回收量大于需求量时,优先采用高质量回收件和优先废弃低质量的回收件,有利于降低制造成本,获得最佳的经济效益.
In order to minimize the total production cost in a single planning cycle and consider the impact of quality differences on the production costs, a nonlinear integer programming model for remanufacturing production planning was established.Using three different remanufacturing and disposal strategies, The results show that when the recovery is less than the demand, no need to consider the classification, but the need to use new parts to meet the needs of remanufacturing; when the recovery is greater than the demand, the priority of high-quality recycling and priority Disposal of low-quality recycled parts helps to reduce manufacturing costs and maximize economic benefits.
