目的:建立不同采收时间霉茶黄酮类成分的HPLC指纹图谱,控制其采收质量。方法:采用梯度洗脱法,对霉茶药材进行HPLC测定,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸线性梯度洗脱,检测波长为292nm;记录时间:120m in。采用中华人民共和国药典委员会出版的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(版本:2004A)进行比较计算。结果:运用梯度洗脱能很好的分离霉茶的各种成分,通过软件的比较,霉茶的指纹图谱相似度均大于0.90。结论:该方法可用于建立不同采收时间霉茶药材中黄酮类成分的指纹图谱。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of the mycotoxins from different harvesting time to control the quality of their extraction. Methods: Gradient elution method was used to determine the mycelia by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of a linear gradient of acetonitrile - 0.2% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 292 nm. The recording time was 120 min. Using Chinese Pharmacopoeia Committee published Pharmacopoeia chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system software (version: 2004A) for comparative calculations. Results: Gradient elution could be used to separate all kinds of components of mycelium. The similarity of the fingerprint of mycelium was more than 0.90 by software. Conclusion: This method can be used to establish the fingerprints of flavonoids in different harvesting time.
