据中国新闻出版网：经新闻出版总署批复同意，由四川党建期刊集团、四川新华文轩连锁股份有限公司共同发起组建的四川期刊传媒（集团）股份有限公司，于9月21日在成都完成工商注册。10月下旬将正式挂牌营运。这标志着四川文化体制改革和非时政类报刊转企改制工作进人攻坚阶段。
