“知识经济”已成为我国科技界和经济界一个热门话题。在世界知识经济时代到来之际,如何对我国经济的现状和发展有一个正确的估计?中国科协科普研究所副研究员李大光先生认为,我国搞市场经济比资本主义国家晚了几百年,整体综合国力远远低于世界平均水平;当我们还没搞懂市场经济真谛的时候,偏偏又遇到世界从工业经济向知识经济转变的挑战,真有点应接不暇。知识经济是在经济、社会、文化、管理、概念、政治、价值观等方面条件发展到一定程度的产物,在目前情况下想在我国实现知识经济,显然是不现实的。
“Knowledge Economy” has become a hot topic in science and technology circles and economic circles in our country. At the dawn of the era of knowledge economy in the world, how can we correctly estimate the current situation and development of our economy? Mr. Li Dayu, an associate researcher at the Popular Science Association of China Association for Science and Technology, believes that China’s market economy is several hundred years later than the capitalist countries. The comprehensive national strength is far below the world average. When we have not yet understood the true meaning of the market economy, it is quite a bit overwhelmed by the challenge of changing the world from an industrial economy to a knowledge-based economy. Knowledge economy is a product developed to a certain extent in terms of economy, society, culture, management, concept, politics and values, and it is obviously unrealistic to want to realize a knowledge-based economy in our country under the current circumstances.
