本文以云南先锋化工污染事件为例,从纵向视角出发,研究声誉溢出效应对企业环境失责行为的影响及作用机理。研究发现,声誉溢出效应使与排污企业纵向相关的其他责任主体,如县级行政部门和省市级行政部门的声誉遭受不同程度的损害,这些主体会采取相应措施修补声誉,并将声誉受损成本转移给排污企业,最终导致成本突破其能承受的界限,随之采取行动进行纠错。
Taking Yunnan Pioneer Chemical Pollution Incident as an example, this paper studies the influence and mechanism of reputation spillover on enterprise environmental non-compliance from the vertical perspective. The study finds that the reputation spillover effect causes the reputation of other responsible parties vertical to the sewerage enterprises such as the county-level administrative departments and provincial-level administrative departments to suffer different degrees of damage, and these entities will take corresponding measures to repair the reputation and damage the reputation Cost transfer to the sewage companies, eventually leading to the cost of breaking its can withstand the boundaries, followed by action to correct errors.
