某零件沿内圆周有六个扁孔,尺寸φ18~(0.035)×16~(0.12),见[图一]。经长期使用后,孔被磨损而需扩大至修理尺寸φ19(0.035)×17~(+0.12)。按照工艺规程,系在2吨手压机上用推刀将孔扩大。但是由于壁厚仅7公厘,推刀引导作用不好,推刀易幌动,推出来的孔常带喇叭口,超出公差而使零件报废。我们曾在推孔夹具上加一引导部件,托导推刀尾部;但当推刀尾部越出引导部件时,推刀仍幌动,推出来的孔仍不合格。经过多次试验,问题始终没有得到解决。最后不得已,只好用钳工加工,既费工时,又保证不了质量。
A part along the inner circumference of six flat holes, size φ18 ~ (0.035) × 16 ~ (0.12), see [Figure 1]. After long-term use, the hole is worn and needs to be expanded to repair size φ19 (0.035) × 17 ~ (+0.12). In accordance with the rules of the process, Department of 2 ton hand press with a push knife to expand the hole. However, due to the wall thickness of only 7 mm, push the knife to guide the role of poor, pushing the knife easy to move, the hole often come with a bell, beyond the tolerance of the parts scrapped. We used to add a guide part on the push-hole fixture to guide the end of the push knife; but when the tail end of the push knife is out of the guide part, the push knife is still moving, and the hole pushed out is still unqualified. After many tests, the problem has not been solved. Last resort, had to use fitters processing, both working hours, but also can not guarantee the quality.
