The Haihe River Basin is one of the seven major rivers in our country. Over the past years, large-scale water conservancy construction has created a stable environment for the development of production and construction and has profoundly changed the natural and socio-economic aspects of the basin. But it also has a profound impact on the ecological environment and some new problems. Based on the achievements of water conservancy construction, this paper puts forward some problems of environmental and ecological impacts.
