分析了微小孔钻头轴向振动入钻时特殊的动力学行为及其对入钻定位误差的修正作用。首次采用变振幅振动钻削的新方法,用直径为0.28mm的高速钢麻花钻对18Cr2Ni4WA低碳合金钢进行了钻削实验,结果在提高钻头寿命的同时显著提高了微小孔的入钻定位精度,验证了这种新方法新颖优良的工艺效果。
This paper analyzes the special dynamic behavior of microhole drilling bit when it vibrates in axial direction and its correction effect on the drilling positioning error. For the first time, a new method of variable amplitude vibration drilling was used to drill 18Cr2Ni4WA low-carbon alloy steel with a 0.28mm high-speed steel twist drill. As a result, the drilling position of the micro-holes was significantly improved while the life of the drill bit was increased The accuracy of this new method validates the excellent process results.
