目的探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 128例糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各64例。治疗组采用西药联合健脾降糖汤治疗,对照组仅用西药治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.31%,对照组为84.37%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的尿素氮、尿白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病治疗过程中,采用中西医结合治疗的方法 ,获得较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods 128 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 64 cases each. The treatment group treated with western medicine combined with Jianpi Jiangtang Decoction, the control group only treated with western medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 95.31% in the treatment group and 84.37% in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of urea nitrogen, urinary albumin, 24 h urinary protein and serum creatinine were significantly higher In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the course of diabetes treatment, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods, get better clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical promotion.
