目的:探讨趺阳脉涩脉的成因与下肢动脉血流速度、阻力指数的关系。方法41例趺阳脉为涩脉的患者,先用 NX -3型多功能脉图仪,对切诊为涩脉的病例将脉象仪的传感器探测点置于被测试者趺阳脉搏动最明显处描记脉图,选其中与参照脉图基本一致的作为的样本测取数据,从脉图上读取主波高(y)、主波升支角(P);然后在同一下肢用彩超检测动脉壁和血流,分别从近心端向远心端探查股动脉-股浅动脉-腘动脉-腓动脉-足背动脉(趺阳脉)。测得对应下肢动脉各段斑块、狭窄处的最大血流速度和阻力指数,各取其平均值。结果指切法与脉图法符合率70.69%,主波高(y)、主波升支角(P)分别与平均血流速度(x1)、平均阻力指数(x2)成二元线性回归(P <0.05),主波高(y)与主波升支角(P)成一元直线相关(P <0.05)。结论趺阳脉涩脉的成因与下肢动脉血流速度、阻力指数的变化有直接的关系。“,”s:Objective To discuss on the relation between causation of instep pulse -uneven pulse and lower extremity arterial blood flow velocity,resistance index.Methods 41 cases felt those instep pulse after uneven pulse ,which was traced the site that instep pulse pul -sated obviously out pulse diagram by NX -3 multi -functional instrument ,selecting much the same as referential pulse diagram among them for sample to measure data ,including the height of the main wave (y) and the angle of the main wave(P).The arterial wall and blood flow of the same lower extremity was explored by Color Doppler .The femoral artery,superficial femoral artery ,popliteal artery,fibular artery,dorsal artery of foot was separately done from near heart to far heart .Read relevant data of maximum velocity and resistance index to each of narrow areas ,plaque sites and took the average of them .Results The coincidence rate of feeling pulse method and pulse diagram method was 70.69%.The height of the main wave,the angle of the main wave respectively correlated two element linear correlation with the average of blood flow velocity(x1)and resistance index(x2)(P <0.05).The height of the main wave (Y)correlated a linear correlation with the angle of the main wave (P)(P <0.05).Conclusion The causation of instep pulse -uneven pulse had direct relation to lower extremity arterial blood flow velocity and resistance index .
