目的探讨test-bolus技术在MRI肝动脉多期相扫描中的应用价值。方法搜集行上腹部MRI检查患者50例,采用完全随机化分为2组。经验组25例,采用传统经验性延迟时间扫描法;TB组25例,采用test-bolus技术,测得腹主动脉达峰时间,据此获得扫描延迟时间进行扫描。评价两种方法所得肝动脉三期图像质量并进行比较。结果经验组准确显示肝动脉早中晚三期者仅5例;TB组腹主动脉达峰时间不一,均能准确显示动脉早中晚三期,两组各期成像评分均有统计学差异(P值分别为0.039、0.013、0.047,均<0.05)。虽然经验组肝动脉三期分期准确性低于TB组,但两组均能捕获肝动脉晚期图像(均为100%)。结论采用test-bolus技术可个体化准确捕捉肝动脉多期相;而对于肝动脉晚期的显示,则与传统方法无明显差别。
Objective To explore the value of test-bolus in multiphase MRI scanning of hepatic artery. Methods Fifty patients undergoing MRI on the abdomen were collected and randomly divided into two groups. 25 patients in the experience group were treated with the traditional empirical delay time scanning method, and 25 patients in the TB group were screened by the test-bolus technique for the peak time of the abdominal aorta. Evaluation of two methods of hepatic artery obtained three phase image quality and compared. Results The experimental group accurately showed only 5 cases of early, middle and late stages of hepatic artery. The time of peak of abdominal aorta in TB group was different, which could accurately show the early, middle and late phases of arterial disease. The imaging scores of the two groups were statistically different (P values were 0.039,0.013,0.047, all <0.05). Although the accuracy of the third-stage hepatic artery in the experimental group was lower than that of the TB group, both of the two groups were able to capture the advanced hepatic artery images (both 100%). Conclusion The test-bolus technique can capture the hepatic arterial phase accurately and accurately, while the late phase of hepatic artery display no significant difference from the traditional method.
