目的 :建立分光光度法测定郁福来胶囊中总金丝桃素的含量。方法 :采用分光光度法在 5 89nm波长处直接测定甲醇提取液的吸收度 ,并利用回归方程计算其含量。结果 :金丝桃素在 2 .0~ 13.6 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 96 .74 % ,RSD为 1.16 % (n =6 )。结论 :本法操作简单 ,结果可靠 ,可用于郁福来胶囊中总金丝桃素的含量测定
Objective : To establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of total hypericin in Yufulai capsules. Methods :The absorbance of methanol extract was measured directly at the wavelength of 589 nm using spectrophotometry, and its content was calculated by regression equation. RESULTS: The linearity of hypericin was good in the range of 2.0 ~ 13.6 μg·ml-1. The average recovery was 96.74 % and the RSD was 1.16 % (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple and reliable, and can be used for the determination of total hypericin in Yufulai capsules.
