研究煤矽肺患者血清 SOD同工酶活力及脂质过氧化水平。方法 用亚硝酸盐形成法和硫代巴比妥酸比色法分别测定 139例不同期别煤矽肺患者 (0 + 、 、 、 )和 47例煤矿接尘工人血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)同工酶活力和脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量。结果 各期煤矽肺患者血清总 SOD活力均较对照组显著降低 ,且主要表现为 Cu Zn SOD活力明显下降。而各期煤矽肺患者血清 L PO含量则显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 煤矽肺发生、发展与机体自由基代谢的失衡有关。
To study the serum SOD isoenzyme activity and lipid peroxidation in patients with coal silicosis. Methods Serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum of 139 coal miners with different stages (0 +,,) and 47 coal workers were measured by nitrite formation and thiobarbituric acid colorimetry, respectively. Isozyme activity and lipid peroxide (LPO) content. Results The serum total SOD activity in all stages of coal silicosis patients was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the main manifestations were Cu Zn SOD activity decreased significantly. However, the serum L PO level in patients with silicosis was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The occurrence and development of coal silicosis are related to the imbalance of free radical metabolism in the body.
