实验用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠４０只。观察了脑通口服液（ＮＴＯＬ）灌胃对凝血功能的影响。结果表明：用药组凝血酶原时间，白陶土部分凝血活酶时间，凝血酶时间和出血时间均较对照组明显延长（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示ＮＴＯＬ有抗凝、促纤溶的作用。
40 Wistar rats were used in the experiment. The effects of intragastric administration of Nao Tong Oral Liquid (NTOL) on coagulation function were observed. The results showed that the prothrombin time, the partial thromboplastin time, the thrombin time and the bleeding time of kaolin were significantly prolonged in the medication group (P<0.01), suggesting that NTOL has the effects of anticoagulation and fibrinolysis.
