以转炉支撑球轴承为研究对象,运用球面积分的理论计算方法与有限元接触非线性计算方法对轴向、径向及复合载荷三种载荷作用下的球轴承接触配合面的压力和变形特性分别进行了探讨。研究结果表明:三种加载方式下球轴承球面接触应力分布都不均匀,球面接触区处于局部高应力状态;为防止轴承球体因径向变形而与轴衬套卡咬,轴衬套应保持一定的锥度;由于球心偏心距的存在,球轴承在受载时有发生翻转的趋势,导致球面局部应力与变形较大,接触特性属非理想状态。
