目的:比较磁共振成像(MRI)两种回波时间(TE)条件下增强三维短时间反转恢复序列(3D-STIR)臂丛神经成像的效果。方法:选择健康志愿者30例,随机分为两组各15例。均进行MRI增强3D-STIR臂丛神经成像检查,一组TE为130ms;另一组TE为301ms,其他成像参数均相同。测量第7颈椎(C7)神经干、颈部软组织及背景组织的信号强度及标准差,计算两组图像中C7神经干信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),比较两组图像中C7神经干SNR和CNR的差异。结果:130ms组3D-STIR C7神经干SNR和CNR均非常显著优于301ms组(P<0.01)。结论:130ms增强3D-STIR序列显示臂丛神经较301ms图像质量好。
Objective: To compare the effect of enhancing 3D-STIR brachial plexus imaging under two echo time (TE) conditions of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods: 30 healthy volunteers were randomly divided into two groups of 15 cases. MRI enhanced 3D-STIR brachial plexus imaging examination, a group of TE was 130ms; the other TE was 301ms, the other imaging parameters are the same. The signal intensity and standard deviation of the neural crest, neck soft tissue and background of the 7th cervical vertebra (C7) were measured and the C7 neural stem cell signal to noise ratio (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) of the two groups were calculated. Differences in SNR and CNR of C7 neural stem. Results: The SNR and CNR of 3D-STIR C7 in 130ms group were significantly better than 301ms group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The enhanced 130-ms 3D-STIR sequence shows that the brachial plexus has a better image quality than 301 ms.
